Hello everybody!
In a few weeks I'm going to stay some days in England! Now I want to know some nice places, that you have to visit, when you're in London! Sightseeing stuff, some must-sees!
Hoping for answers!
Best wishes

Re: England
Meh ... why is everybody going to London? There is a world outside London, too.. and it is a beautiful world.
Anyway.. some ideas for London, are the obligatory trips to
- Buckingham Palace
- Tower Bridge
- Houses of Parliament
- Big Ben
- St. Paul's Cathedral
- Hyde Park
- London Eye
- Trafalgar Square
... is that quite enough for your stay ?

Re: England
Yeah, I thought of some "insider-tipps"?
I informed myself about London, of course. But I'm just looking for some nice places, that are not on top, if I search for it in Google! I've never been there before and I just want to spend some nice days in London and - of course - see as much places as I can! And I don't want to spend my whole time in museums, 'cause they just take so much time! I'm definitely going to visit the "Hard Rock Café", "Harrods", "London Eye" and the "Buckingham Palace"!
Are there any hidden places or maybe activities, that you have to see or to do, when you're in London?
Best wishes

Re: England
Sorry I can't really be of help there. I was in London only once and that was like 15 years ago...

Re: England
I do highly recommand Hyde Park speakers corner.
You will have lots of fun.
But if I remember well it's only on Sunday morning.

Re: England
Well what I love to do when I'm in London is enjoy a drink (cocktail, whiskey or such) at the Hilton (opposite Hyde park) I think the lounge is on the 27th floor and the views from up there are absolutely breath taking but you're sure to need trousers (not jeans ) and decent shoes (no trainers) It's a great experience, you might even get to see someone famous.
Enjoy your stay.
