Trust to speak english

Hey everyone
I'm 17 years old and I'm a German.
Everytime when I try to speak English my entire vocabulary is gone. I don't know what I can do.
Please help me.

try not to think about it. That's what I tell people who either learn English or German. Try to let it flow. Thinking blocks you and makes your very insecure about yourself.

I agree, you probably worry to much about using the right words.
Try to describe a word if you don't remember the direct translation.
Remember, you are not in a life threatening situation.
So take it easy...
You don't need to be afraid to make mistakes,
but you should ask others to correct your mistakes.
