(die Auswahl der passenden Bezeichnung hängt auch etwas von deiner Schule ab,
da entsprechende Weiterbildungseinrichtungen häufig mehrere Abschlüsse anbieten
oder auch zur Berufausbildung beitragen)

You should keep in mind that learning is a process you do yourself!
You learn about English grammar and extend your vocabulary at your individual pace.
But you can ask us here (Forum) any question that arises during your studies of English.

I can only speak for myself and I'm sorry to tell you that I am still studying myself.
Therefore my time is very limited and I cannot offer guided training to anybody.

You may want to consider getting in touch with a professional teacher of English.
Some other well-educated people may be able to guide you too,
but the overall success depends on your own efforts.

I really need to improve my english. Two years ago I was living in America for one year, but since I left America I couldn't speak a lot english. So my english isn't that good anymore.
I really need my english for my job and I hope one day I can go back to America. So I want to practice and I hope I can find somebody to help me.
A big problem in english for me is talking.

I suggest you start by trying to improve your English with the material you got already.
(e.g. books from school, http://www.englisch-hilfen.de/inhalt_grammar.htm, etc. )
