Future Tense gemischt Aktive oder Passive

Beitrag von Wandelröschen »

Hello

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich bei jedem Satz die richtige
Future Tense verwendet habe. Manche Sätze könnten auch Future
Passive sein.

1. I can book the tickets. I will go past the theatre on my way home.
2. I'll say goodbye now. You have been gone by the time I get back.
3. He will be going mad when I tell him I've crashed his car.
4. Tea? It's OK. I'll make it.
5. Dave is so ambitious. I bet he will have been made a fortune by the time he's thirsty.
6. You'll know where the party is. We will be making so much noise!
7. I'll lend you his book next time I see you. I'll have been read it by them.
8. We're studying Shakespear next term so I'll be reading his plays over the summer.
9. I've just got an email from Megan. I will read it to you.

Vielen Dank im Voraus.

1. Richtig.
2. You will be gone by the time I get back.
3. He will go mad when I tell him I've crashed his car.
4. Richtig.
5. I bet he will have made a fortune by the time he's thirty.
6. Richtig.
7. I'll have read it by then.
8. Richtig.
9. Hmm... this sentence works for British-English, but not for American-English. Either way though, it sounds a bit funny because of the present perfect tense.

I have just got an email. British

I have just gotten an email. American

I just got an email. Fits with both versions and also sounds the best.

And of course "I will" and "I'll" are interchangeable, but you'll almost always hear and see the contracted form.
