conclusion - tuition fees

Hallo,
ich mussn vortrag über studiengebühren halten. dabei hab ich mich folgenden teil konzentriert:

From the economical point of view, an argument, which is not familiar to many, is the “Moral Hazard”
aspect. It means a person that is exposed to the risk of his decision will act in a more decent way in
comparison to a person who’s insulated from the risk.
In Germany the study is majorly financed through the taxes of citizens. So the students, considered as
the investment of the society, should benefit the society as a whole – for example by improving
services with a medical degree. So the society expects the graduates to fulfill the needs of the market.
But often the choice of the field of your study is based on self realization and not on the scope of the
market, which reflects the needs of the society. It could mean a failed investment to the society.
The fee will drive the choice of your field more into the direction of the requirement of the market,
because you - sharing a part of the risk - will have to make sure that your personal investment is
rewarded by a high salary, which is related to the scope of the profession.
This would minimize the level the dropout rate and dampen the mismatch of offers and demands.

Jetzt fällt mir die Wahl eines Fazits schwer. Vorallem weiss ich nicht, wie ich da eventuell ne rethorische Frage einbauen kann. ich wäre sehr dankbar, wenn mir jemand mal ideen geben könnte.

Ich hab an sowas gedacht:
We heard the major pros like the pressure of international competition and cons like the social aspect, duration of the time of getting your degree. So what I want you to keep in mind, is that the question of tuition fee is more than a short term cost for the students. It’s also subject to the society as well as to economy of Germany.

aber irgendwie ist das nicth so aussagestark. und ich hätte das ganze mit ner frage gerne abgeschlossen.
