Korrektur meiner E-Mail / correction of my E-Mail

Hallo ihr,

es geht um ein Praktikum an einer australischen Universität. Ein Prof. würde mich in seinem lab arbeiten lassen, dazu müssen noch Formalitäten erledigt werden. Ich habe ein Formular ausgefüllt, welches besagter Prof unterschrieben hat und noch vom Dekan unterschrieben werden muss. Dann wird es an die Person (Auslandsamt) an welche meine E-Mail geht weitergeleitet. Ich bin ein bischen in Zeitnot, da ich mich parallel noch wo anderst beworben habe, aber das hier ist mein Favorit. Normalerweise ist der restliche Prozess kein Problem mehr. Nur würde ich gern wissen wie es im Moment aussieht und besagter Person ein bischen "Dampf" machen. Genug gefaselt, nun zur E-Mail:

Wäre eine erste E-Mail um zu zeigen , dass ich Interesse an meinem Bewerbungsprozess habe. In der 2ten E-Mail würde ich dann auf meine Zeitnot eingehen.

Hallo nochmal,

habe leider keine Antwort bekommen und ich hab nicht mehr viel Zeit, da ich mich noch wo anderst beworben habe und die nicht mehr lange hinhalten kann. Aber dieses Praktikum würde ich bevorzugen.

Deswegen schreibe ich nun eine E-Mail an eine ,auch für die Formalitäten verantwortliche, Person vom International Office mit der schon E-Mail Kontakt mit meinem Supervisor (Prof. ***) bestand. Er teilte ihr auch schon mit, dass ich nicht viel Zeit habe.

Kann auch gut sein, dass meine Formulare an diese Person geschickt wurde und nicht an die Person aus der ersten Mail (s.o.)

Nun zur E-Mail:

Vermeide in offiziellen E-mails unbedingt Abkuerzungen wie "he's". Schreibe "he is" und dergleichen aus.
