So he goes to London and tells Christina, that Jess is ill, so Jess thinks that she is loved by him (Verstehe ich leider auch nicht.. Macht keinen Sinn.). At the tournament they aren't very successful, they return to America. And Joe is in love with Christina and Jess. And every year Jess waits for Joe to come she hopes to marry him someday.

He will that nobody from Jess and Christina know that he loves a other girl, too.
So he goes to London and tells Christina, that Jess is ill, so Jess thinks that she is loved by him (Verstehe ich leider auch nicht..

Joe arrives in America and a few days later he starts to teach his female team. He seems to be very happy with his job and he is very successful with his team in America. He earns a lot of money and he travels around the world. One day his team takes part in a tournament in London, England. He is happy to see Jess again, but there is one problem: he is in love with Christina, who plays in his team. But she loves Jess, too. He can't decide who to love, Jess or Christina. He hopes that neither Jess nor Christina will realise that he loves another girl. So he goes to London and tells Christina that Jess is ill, so Jess thinks she is loved by him. At the tournament they aren't very successful, so they go back to America. Joe is still in love with both Christina and Jess. Every year Jess waits for Joe in the hope that she can see him, and in fact she hopes to marry him someday.
so Jess thinks she is loved by him
This sentence doesn't make a lot of sense. I don't understand what you are trying to say.
