I believe it is obvious that the actual purpose of an advertising tactic is to win over the owner’s interest. In this context the question is just as important as what the buyers see in the property. The advertising tactic must achieve our goals of presenting the property in a very persuasive manner. The architect is responsible, as a trustee, for what his prospective buyers demand. He advertises automatically through his previous accomplishments. As a result of, factual and occupational advertising his advertising tactic can be achieved.
The question arises: How should one go about advertising?
I would like to research the possibilities of advertising, loopholes and potential grey areas in regards to the real-estate market.
