@ gugl
Why do you state in your profile that your native language is English
and not Serbian or another language, which is spoken in Serbia?

e.g. Albanian (spoken in Preševo Valley and UN administrated Serbian province of Kosovo), Hungarian, Romanian, Slovak, Rusyn, Croatian (all of which are official regional languages in the Vojvodina province), Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Romani, Czech, Bosnian, Vlach, Bunjevac, Macedonian, etc.

Hi hayri4efes and everyone else,

You could start by reading all the reference material (and exercises) on this website
and you may also want to try using a dictionary once in a while. :read:

I use a few online dictionaries regularly - mostly for crosschecking...

Please keep trying to remember the rules for using capital letters in English.
I know these are only a few small steps towards using good English,
but you should keep an eye on these small things too...

I don’t understand why you write the second sentence like that. Shouldn’t it be “I’m a 15-year-old 10th-grader?” As far as I know, you have to write it this way because it is used as an adjective. But I might be wrong. Can you explain to me why you wrote it this way?

Another possibility would be:
I’m 15 years old.

Then it is NOT used as an adjective. Correct me if I am wrong. I also just want to learn English. ;)

I think, these versions are correct:

I'm 15 years old.

I'm a boy/girl.
I'm a 15-year-old.

I'm a 15-year-old boy/girl.
I'm a 15-year-old 10th-grader.

I'm not so sure about the following:

I'm a 15 year old boy/girl.
I'm a 15 year old 10th-grader.

And I guess you are right, this is probably not correct:
I'm a 15 years old 10th-grader.

I'd like to ask one of the native speakers or English teachers to comment on this issue.
Thank you.

I'm 15 years old.
I'm a boy/girl, you can say this but i would say I'm a guy/girl.
I don't know why you're putting "-" in for 15 year old. I would just say I'm a 15 year old guy/girl.
I'm 15 years old and in year 10. (In the UK we don't say 'grade' we say 'year')
I'm 15 years old in the 10th grade/I'm a 15 year old 10th grader

Why would you say "guy" instead of "boy"?
