Hi everybody,
I'm new here. I want to make new friends and I'd like to speak English with you.
I live in Frankfurt, Germany. It would be very nice, if you guys live in Frankfurt too.
Then we could become close friends and it would be much easier to meet each other
or to go out sometimes for a drink or some coffee.
If you live elsewhere, we can be penpals...
So I'd be very happy to receive your mails.
Take care,
dox

Hi Delfino,
Thank you very much for your correct of my message. Your English is very good. Do you live in USA or in the country, where English native language is? or it is simple that you usually work with English?
I love English and I am taking a English course, where I am retrying to speak English and to write in English better.
I don't know whether you want to write me again or not, but anyway thanks a lot for your help and I wish you the best!
Cheers,
dox

At the moment I'm rather busy studying.
Yes, I'm kind of used to communicate in English,
but I also know that my English is not perfect...
I'm a native German who is still living in Germany.

People don't usually say 'the USA', its acceptable but we just say 'America'.Delfino hat geschrieben:Hi Delfino,

Again, you can say 'where English is an official language' but we would just say 'where English is spoken', you're better off keeping it simple.
'Or is it simple that you usually work with English', 'Or is it simply that you work on your English'
Your English is really good, though.

I would suggest to start any topic to open a discussion .
What do you say about the current weather at your home?
My last week was a little bit crazy.
At the beginning of the week fell so much snow. In some villages it was very difficult to get through with your car. In contrast, in the end of the week it rained. Now we've got...hmmm...how to define - some half-frozen mud.
