I'm 44 years old and from Germany. I look for people to help me learn englisch. My boyfriend and I will immigrate to Canada about 3 month... .

hi, u can read a lot of english newspaper. it would help u to improve it. or u can read Reader Digest.

Hi, you are a lucky one.....for your option to immigrate to Canada I' m a bit jealous...

Well, I'm German too have lived in Italy since one and a half year (speaking only two words Italian but so what...).... Just now I'm looking forward to start my first american english lessons next week (.. in south Italy LOL....). As you know the German school system is not the best in foreign languages, so I will have one million things to learn.... I'm very happy to have the possibility to learn american english, have got my study books yesterday and enter today this board first time....

Hope we will have a good time here together as two new Germans!
