ich habe hier eine kurze Textpassage, bei der ich mir nicht sicher bin, ob grammatikalisch alles korrekt ist. Könnt ihr bitte einmal einen Blick darauf werfen?
Bei folgenden drei Punkten bin ich am unsichersten:...The atmosphere is tense, it is not yet accomplished. Look at the sky...
Story behind:
"...We went through fire and through water: but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place..."
Suffering and renunciation ("fire and water") always serve a positive inner change, a purification, a spiritual growth. At least that's what Providence is. Of course, it is also up to us to recognize and accept this opportunity.
* Why chapter 3 and not 2? The first published work of the series titled "..." was actually the chapter 2. Chapter 1, which tells how it all began, will be published as a special edition.
1. "renunciation" oder "forgoing". Es geht darum, dass man auf etwas freiwillig oder unfreiwillig verzichten muss: genügend essen, Wärme, Bequemlichkeit etc.
2. Ob im ersten Satz das "yet" am Ende des Satzes platziert werden soll.
3. Ob die Formulierung "At least that's what Providence is" den Sinn des Satzes richtig rüberbringt. Der deutsche Satz lautet: "So zumindest ist die Vorsehung" (höhere Macht).
Ich bin für jede Kritik und Korrektur offen, nicht nur auf das grammatikalische bezogen
