1) "within the viewpoint held by"? Thus the English would be something like:
...different understandings appeared even within the viewpoint held by the nearest lying group.
OR
2) "with regard to" (or perhaps "when one considered"). Thus the English would be something like:
...different understandings appeared even with regard to the nearest lying group (even when one considered the nearest lying group).

This is something you'd use to describe the view from an appartment.
But when you're not really describing the view you have from a place it's always something like "taking into consideration" or "with regards to".
