Danke schon mal im voraus.The aim of this bachelor thesis was the identification and description of modern forms of organizational structures for the IT area through a literature review. After that an analysis of the demand-supply organization is performed by using the efficiency criteria for organizational forms.
In the first part, a brief overview of the problem and the aim of this thesis is shown.
After that overview, a detailed description of the methodology follows. This includes the literature search and the literature selection process by Webster and Watson as well as the structure of this thesis.
In the second part, the results of the three phases of the literature selection process are shown.
In the third part, the identified organizational structures from the selection process are described in detail.
In the fourth chapter the demand-supply structure is analyzed by using the efficiency criteria for organizational forms which are described in the first part. This structure is compared to a central organizational structure in general.
This is followed by a summary of the results obtained by this dissertation.
The results of this thesis are interesting for students of information systems, pure computer science and other economic courses.
