Nearly 4 million people are living in New Zealand. Wellington is the capital of New Zealand but Wellington is not the biggest city. The biggest city is Auckland. In New Zealand they speak two languages English and Maori. The people from there call their selves Kiwi, because in New Zealand lives a bird that call Kiwi, this bird is a special bird because it can’t fly. You never need more than two hours to go to a place, where you can see the sea.
In New Zealand you can find “Pumice” stones floating on the lake
Stone. This is a Maori wooden carved statue. They always have three fingers.
The first for life
The second one is for death
And the third one is for after life.
They also have a flag with three colours red, black and white.
Red is for life, that´s why traditional Maori clothing has a lot of red in it.
Black is for death
And white is for after life
That’s a typical Maori woman, she has a dark skin, is small and has a bit flat nose.
On this sign you can see a kiwi. He can´t fly but is a bird, comes out at night and eat worms.

Nur so ein paar Ideen:
- "live" nicht "are living", da sie ja ständig dort leben
- two languages are spoken , English and Maori.
- call themselves
- lives a bird called…
- You can reach the sea within two hours from anywhere in New Zealand.
- “stones floating on the lake” Ist das ein bestimmter See oder sollte es heißen „on lakes“?
- The first is for life.
- “eats worms” oder “feeds on worms”, auf jeden Fall aber mit “S”
