ich habe nachfolgend einen Brief verfasst, fühle mich allerdings mit einigen Begriffen nicht so gut.

Wäre jemand bitte so nett und korrigiert mir dies??



Referring to our above mentioned reservation
for Mr. Ralf Walther,
from October 28, 2005 to November 02, 2005 (5 nights),

I kindly would like to ask wheter it is possibel that we make a downpayment about 500 US$ to your account.
Our Mr. Ralf Walther does not possess a credit card and he would like to avoid carrying along that much money.

I would be grateful if you could confirm this inquiry.
