Ich muss folgende Aufgabe lösen und verstehe sie nicht. Vielleicht könnt ihr mir weiterhelfen.
Aufgabenstellung:
A reporter is worried that he has got some facts about Seattle wrong. He calls the clerk at the tourist office who gave him the information. Look at the example anf finish the dialogue.
Example: It rains more in Seattle than in New York. (less)
Reporter: You told me that it rained more in Seattle than in New York. Its that right?
Clerk: No, I said it rained less in Seattle than in New York.
Jetzt kommen die Sätze:
1. Train rides are free in some downtown areas (bus)
2. Seattle doesn`t have a major-league baseball team. (hockey team)
3. The Sonics have lost fove games this season. (win)
4. Aterrible fire destroyed the whole of Seattle in 1889. (parts of)
5. Teh nect street fair will take place in the International District on October 3rd. (2nd)
6. Tourists can get to the top of the Space Needle for two dollars. (eight)

Was gibt es daran nicht zu verstehen? Du setzt einfach den Ausgangssatz in die indirekte Rede. Dieser enthält dann einen Fehler, den du im zweiten Satz mit dem angegebenen Wort berichtigst.
Ich denke nicht, dass dir hier einer die Arbeit abnimmt. Du musst schon selbst zeigen, dass du es versucht hast.

Du stellst mich ja so hin, als ob ich einfach keine Lust hätte, es selber zu versuchen.
Wusste nicht, dass man hier gleich so unfreundlich empfangen wird.
Hab es natürlich vorher versucht, aber für mich hört sich manchen nicht ganz richtig an.

No, I said Seattle didn´t have a kockey team.
- You told me that the Sonic had lost five games this reason.
No, I said the Sonic had won five games this reason.
- You told me that the next street fair would take place in the International District on October 3rd.
No I said the next street fair would take place in the International District on October 2nd
- You told me that tourists could get to the top of the Space Needle for two dollars.
No, I said tourists could get to the top of the Space Needle for eight
dollars.
Vielleicht wäre jemand anderes so nett und könnte diese Saätze mal überprüfen.
