hey... me again....

tonight it's quiet here and I have a lot of time to surf the internet...

found my dreamcar .... now I just have to find a way to pay for it...
no no... my old one has to join me for the next couple of years.. but isn't it nice to have dreams????

and I searched the net for informations about my residence permit... 'cause my old one is going out of date soon...
talking about dreams... that one is a nightmare!!
you wouldn't believe how many different application formulars I have to fill out... and my boss will sure be very happy about all the formulars
she has to fill out....
as you can see.. a lot of bureaucracy here, too.... :(

and I haven't found out yet where I have to request a new passport and identity card..... 'cause there date is expiring soon, too.....
yeah.. it's not easy to live in a foreign contry..... :(

and I booked my jorney to Germany... have holliday in November and are going to visit my family and friends back home... looking forward to it.... :D

other than that there is nothing new to tell........ weather as allways... better not talk about that, or I'll get my depression...

ohh... now I know what to do... search for the results of the vote... is it Schröder or Merkel???

Today Markus (my boyfriend) sent an application to "Stadt Freudenberg" (you remember? that´s where I work!). They are looking for a ... umm.... the job has something to do with sewage technology... He´s now working at a "Kanalsanierungs-Firma"... I´m too stupid to explain it....

(He did a three-year-training as a "Kanalbauer" from 1999 till 2002.)

Today he talked to his boss about his purpose to resign from his job... and he was so nervous because of that AND you know what? His boss said "About what do you want to talk with me? About your new job at "Stadt Freudenberg" and that you want to resign?" Markus was soooooo astonished.... but glad!

Ahh, btw: I watched some pictures of northern lights! Seems to be really amazing!!!

The pulling of my wisdom teeth... I've got an appointment now: October, the 11th! That's a tuesday and I won't go to work the rest of the week - that's good!

Worked a lot extra the last time.... and after being hit in the face by one of my patients last night (who is psychotic and highly agressiv) I really am in a need of a break...
am really fed up.... not really mad at my patient... he is ill, so it's my foult when I'm not fast enough... but I'm realy pissed off of the doc who just discontinue his medication... every nurse here told him, that that'll happen when he is changing the pills.... :evil: fortunately this doc is just on a temporary base here and is leaving next week, when OUR doc is comming back from holiday.... everybody here is looking forward to that... :jo:

Hellooooo again!

Damn, the week is almost over again... But of course I didn't forget you! But I don't want to write much because I'm tired and want to sleeeeeep!

I HOPE SO, TOO! Would be great! Received two French workbooks today and I nee a little time to learn, hehe! But these workbooks are Nr. 3 and 4... so I have to wait for Nr. 1 and 2 which I ordered on... umm... Friday! I have my four old French books from school and I thought it would be great to have the "cahiers" to learn, too.... I'm much into school-books! really!

Well... ok... what else! Yesterday at work a customer visited me in my office... he was interested in a building plot. He was a foreigner and his German wasn't sooo good. And he had just one eye "working"... ops: No... well, there were two eyes, but one didn't move and it was almost white!! Arrrgh! Wasn't nice to look at, but... wouldn't have been a problem to me, if that man wouldn't have been sooo.... *don't find the right word*... an asshole! Sry! He behaved like I was dumb, just because I didn't understand immediately what he wanted! But HE was the one whose German was bad!!!!! :x

Ummm.... I juggled the tenses in the preceding section... Can you tell me if it is ok? I mean, how I used the tenses?!? I'm not sure...

Yesterday (and on Monday, too) I jogged about 6 1/2 kilometres... 42 (Monday) and 44 (Wednesday) minutes! Quite good for me who always was sooo unsportsmanlike (what a word!).

Now a few words at the artistic topic:
I guess, at first I have to learn the basics... I want to draw with pencils and charcoal - the first picture in my latest blog entry is drawn with charcoal! It was much fun. But you need a special fixative to protect your charcoal-pictures.... otherwise they will ... errr... verschmieren!!
Well, and I want to paint pictures with acrylic colours - but I tried it twice (landscapes...) and it was soooo annoying. Nothing worked and it looked like a children's painting! :evil: I thought that I was too ungifted to paint pictures and gave it up! I know this was false, so I will restart!!!!

Drawing people would be great! But I think it's very difficult... ok, I will try and then I'll see...
Would be a little difficult to post paintings bigger than A 4 in my blog... I haven't got a digital camera! So I would have to photograph them with my "normal" camera... this would take some time... AND I have a black/white film in my camera at the moment - not sooo good for a coloured painting, heh? Bought it to take some pictures of me... alternatively...what is "Fotos machen lassen" in English??? :oops:

Uhh... I wrote again so much...

But I forgot to mention: Why don't you visit your family in Germany in summer? :lol: At the moment it isn't sooo nice here, too.
I guess, not so cold like in Norway but... errr, I think it's time to pack away the t-shirts!! I've already bought some new clothes - two pullovers... not really heavy textile fabric....but nice. In winter I don't like the big warm sweaters - often I just wear a shirt (not t-shirt, of course with long arms) and my scarf - that's ok... :mrgreen:

I have my four old French books from school

so you had French at school?? I made the major mistake to choose Latin... :? awfull... one of the few things in my life I REALLY regret... it's only grammar and rules and thousands of exceptions of the rules... absolutely impossible to get a feeling for that language...
Did I mention that I started to learn Spanish?? Bought myself a do-it-yourself-course... the winter is cold and long here... so I 'll sure have plenty of time and with a little bit of luck I don't need my niece in next years holiday as a translator...

I'll never hear the end of it!!! :roll: so instead of taking my holiday when it's nice and warm I worked all summer.... because unfortunately I have a very limited amount of vacation days... and saved all these days to please my mom and congratulate her on her big day!!! Am I not an archetype of a daughter??? :jo: :wink1:

Errrr... but is it false to say "why don't...", if I don't mean THIS year's summer? Because that's what I meant... this summer, last summer, next year's summer and all the summers that will follow...
Whatever.... now to something completely different and MORE IMPORTANT:

MY WISDOM TEETH!!!! They're out!! Ummm, at least two of them (on the left side)! The operation (on Tuesday) was ok! I got 3 or 4 syringes and everything lasted just about 20 minutes. After the operation I went shopping... The doctor told me to stay an hour or so in the cafeteria (because I wasn't allowed to drive my car!), but ... NO! I went shopping... It was about 6 or 7 minutes from the day hospital to the centre of the town (Siegen).. I bought the book "Die Rache der Zwerge"! And after finishing R.L. Stevenson's "Treasure Island" today, I've read 200 pages of it until now... Did not do much more than reading today!
It would be great if there was a chance to make money by reading all the day! That would definitely be MY JOB!!!

Tomorrow I have an appointment at the oral surgeon again... to take the stitches out...
At the moment I'm looking like a half hamster! :lol: But it's ok... not as bad as I expected.

Oh, you want to learn Spanish? Last year we went to Ibiza in our summer holidays... but I knew just some words.... I've got a Italian "do-it-yourself-course"! But one after another... I'll finish my French-"course" first!

Of course I have to write again before your holidays!!

First ('cause otherwise I'll forget it ):

So, next week your holidays begin?! Will you stay in Germany for 3 weeks? Or less, and spend the rest of your holidays in Norway?
By the way... a question came to my mind yesterday: What's "home" for you? Norway or Germany?

Ohhhh.... today I am soooo lazy... I could sleep all day! Don't know why...But I've got to complete a few things... And I resolved to draw a picture or at least a few sketches today! If you have the time, visit my blog again! I'll post the pictures there today or tomorrow!

Last week I received a catalogue... wow! 1.300 pages full of colours, papers, brushes, (oil) pastel, pencils... and so much more for every kind of creative hobby - modelling, carving... calligraphy... EVERYTHING!
But I won't order anything the next months. I'll practise drawing with the material I've got (cheap colours, a few brushes... nothing special). For a beginner like me it's ok!

That was a smooth operation..... but you still have two left on the right side, haven't you??

YES, I have! But I've got an appoinment: Nov, 15th! That means I'll not work for four days again... , but I wanted to do it this year, so I'm done with it!!

Oh, did I mention that I finished the book "Die Rache der Zwerge" (the one I bought after my operation) within a week? (about 600 pages) It's a very good book and I'm a little sad that it was (for the time being) the last "Zwerge"-book!

To answer your questions... I will stay my complete holiday in Germany. And I call Germany still "home", too, as well as Norway.... old habbit..... but in my heart the place where I belong to and where I feel home is definately Norway. As a matter of fact I always get homesick after 2-3 weeks in Germany.... it's not really relaxing ... honestly it's stress, because I have to travel around all the time to visit my friends and family.... kind of nice stress, but still stress.... I never feel rested when I return...

So... Nov, 15th is the big day??
Hope that it will be as easy as the last ones.....
