Gemischte if-Sätze
Was sind gemischte if-Sätze?
Die if-Sätze Typ II und III können manchmal auch gemischt werden, das bedeutet, dass andere Zeitformen verwendet werden, als in der "Grundregel" angegeben.
1. Past → Present
- If I had taken an aspirin, I wouldn't have a headache now.
- (Hätte ich eine Aspirin genommen, würde ich jetzt keine Kopfschmerzen haben.)
2. Past → Future
- If I had known that you are going to come by tomorrow, I would be in then.
- (Hätte ich gewusst, dass du morgen kommst, würde ich da sein.)
3. Present → Past
- If she had enough money, she could have done this trip to Hawaii.
- (Hätte sie genug Geld, hätte sie den Ausflug nach Hawaii machen können.)
4. Present → Future
- If I were you, I would be spending my vacation in Seattle.
- (Wenn ich du wäre, würde ich meinen Urlaub in Seattle verbringen.)
5. Future → Past
- If I weren't flying to Detroit, I would have planned a trip to Vancouver.
- (Würde ich nicht nach Detroit fliegen, hätte ich einen Ausflug nach Vancouver geplant.)
6. Future → Present
- If I were taking this exam next week, I would be high-strung.
- (Würde ich diese Prüfung nächste Woche machen, würde ich nervös sein.)
