1 - Es gibt keinen kleinen Unterschied zwischen "to look for" und "to search (for)". Letzteres drückt eine sehr intensive und umfassendere Suche aus als das erste.
2 - Use "who" as a relative pronoun with people. The pronoun "which" can only be used for things.
