The song structure of which is fast and diversified to such an extent, that one may just find himself in utter astonishment.

Könnte man das so lassen? Mir kommt vor allem das "himself" ein wenig fehl am Platze vor.
Der deutsche Ausgangssatz lautet folgendermaßen:

Growlen, Grunzen, Kreischen, manisches Brüllen usw. sind in allen Liedern, am stärksten jedoch bei "T.G." zu finden. Jener Liedaufbau ist dermaßen flott und abwechslungsreich gestaltet, dass man in bloßes Staunen verfällt.

I'd use 'you' instead of 'one' in this clause since 'you' is less formal. Besides, I guess, it would sound better if you write it that way:
that you'll be purely astonished.

Still, if I used the initial phrase, would the 'himself' be correct?
