Although the preferred language is not explicitly mentioned there are some obvious hints.
A brief look at the profile of 'Dome' shows you that his mother tongue is German. I think,
most people know their native language good enough. So they don't need more practise with it.
Anyway, the majority of registered users at this forum want to improve their English skills.

It's pretty obvious that he wants to speak in English.
But my intention was to start a conversation.
