1) Europe emission trading doesn't work as they planned.The Eu-company can buy certificates for law prices,because the price of CO2 tonne break down.
2)Because of the soft-gloved weather conditon in autoumn and winter the industries here didn't use so much energy that's why they consume less than the company get emission right,so they didn't afford for the enviroment.
3)The Eu planned that company can pullute the enviroment as much as certificates,has given for them EU.The aim is to create a enviromental friednly economy.
4)The emission trading is based on the fact that the Eu can fulfill the agreement from Kyoto

Eine Tonne = 1000kg oder ein barrel? Ich denke er meint Tonne im Sinne von Gewichtseinheit, Tonne im Sinn von Fass wuerde hier keinen Sinn machen. broke down.

Also diE EuUnternehmen dürfen nur ein bestimmte Menge von Co2 Tonnen in dieLuft pusten,
und die Eu gibt zertifikate (ein anzahl wieviel co2 sie in die luft pusten können) vor, werden die zertifakte überschritten dann muss das unternehmen welche dazu kaufen

Jetztige situation,preisniveaustabilität fällt, die unternehemn können sich so viele kaufen wie sie wollen (deflation).
wegen dieser deflation kümmern sich die unternehmen nicht um die umwelt (keine inverstition in neue technik)
weil das wetter so angenehem war soft-gloved heisst milde,aber passt glaub ich nicht
(in leo nachgeschaut) haben si ewenigen energie verbraucht
