My Biography

Beitrag von psyfrog »

Hi Everybody !
Could anyone be so glad and take a look on my Bio ? :)
I've tried to pimp it with some terms i translated, but i'm not sure if this text is smart enough to be put online :denk: .

BIG thanks in advance !

Born in 1985, Markus got infected with electronic Music the first time in the middle of the 90's.
Starting with Hardc*re and Techno, he realized that electronic music has something exiting in it which he missed in other music-styles very badly.
In the Age of 12, Markus started playing the keyboard in the classical way.
Because of the boring keyboard lessons and the lack of notes in his area he decided to drop that idea of playing keyboard to an audience aged 60+ Smile
Instead he discovered several simple tools for his computer and started to play around with samples and a sequencer.
Intended to push his experience with electronic music further, he started to listen to classical A*id Tekno, Gabba, Electro, Drum and Bass the newer Techno styles and mainly Trance in all its variations.

The DJ career of Markus started in summer 1998, where he polluted a local town festivity with music.
Sitting there behind a crappy Mixer and two fr*wsty CD players, watching the lights blinking he discovered that making transitions between tracks brings quite fun - even if you have to play stuff like status quo..
Unfortunately the idea of making music or being DJ has been forgotten by him as he started his apprenticeship.

After finishing this crapp* part of his life, he already was into the psy-scene and started loving Psytrance very much.
Inspired by the lovely atmosphere of psy-parties, he decided to stay and also spent a lot of time with studying the music itself.
Getting deeper into the psy-scene took Markus to engage himself closer with the different styles and methods of how Psytrance can expand the mind, pushing it right trough the roof, just to knock it back on the ground leaving a big crater - and all that within a few passages of well constructed sound.

In 2006 Markus played with the idea of starting deejaying together with SukZu. Getting started with Drum and Bass and Tekkno, he finally got focused on Psytrance until nowadays.
Since 2007 Markus is training all week long to push his skills further.
Also his savour for twisted / twilight Psytrance solidified in that time.
Since 2009 Markus is Member of the INP Crew which always has been fun being part of.
Markus's Set is full of wicked Psytrance influences from all over the world, which he tries to combine for maximum psychedelic pleasure.

Edit: I swapped some characters with a "*" because of the bad word filter.

Born in 1985, Markus got interested in electronic music for the first time in the middle of the 90's.
Starting with hardc*re and techno music, he realized that electronic music has something exiting
which he had missed in other music styles very much.

In the age of 12, Markus started to learn how to play the keyboard with classical music.
He felt bored by his keyboard lessons and realised the lack of scores he liked.
Therefore
he decided to drop the idea of playing keyboard for an audience aged 60 years and over.

Instead, he discovered several simple to use software tools for his computer
and started to play around with some samples and a sequencer.
He intended to push his knowledge about electronic music even further
and started to listen to classical a*id techno, gabba, electro, drum and bass,
the newer techno styles and mainly trance with all its variations.

The DJ career of Markus started in the summer of 1998 when he provided a local town festivity with music.
Sitting there behind a crappy mixer and two fr*wsty CD players,
watching the lights blinking he discovered that making transitions between tracks is quite fun -
even if he had to play stuff like status quo...
Unfortunately the idea of making music or being a DJ had to be postponed when he started his apprenticeship.

After finishing this part of his life, he already was into the psy-scene and started loving psytrance very much.
Inspired by the lovely atmosphere at psy-parties, he decided to attend many of them and he spent a lot of time studying the music itself too.

Getting deeper into the psy-scene took Markus to engage himself closer with the different styles and methods of how psytrance can expand the mind, pushing it right trough the roof, just to knock it back on the ground leaving a big crater - and all that within a few passages of well constructed sound.

Since 2007 Markus is training all week long to push his skills even further.
Also his savour for twisted or twilight psytrance solidified during this time.
