How to get more then 20000 euros and your own solar power plant for free?
Today, experts agree that the global amount of the fossil fuel reserves will shrink dramatically in the next few decades. Due to this shortage and the rising demand from other business areas such as the pharmaceutical industry, the price of crude oil will increase immensely in the future. So it will become totally uneconomic to continue as before to use fossil fuel combustion for energy production.
Renewable energies could solve this problem by replacing the conventional way of generating energy. The photovoltaic technology is seen as a particularly promising variant. Here the energy of the sunlight is converted by the solar cell into electrical energy. This process works rather efficient so that even small solar panels can generate enough electricity to use conventional electric devices e.g. there are already some camping solar cookers or small refrigerators which are powered by a solar panel.
The good availability of sun radiation, the efficiency of transformation, and the simple application of solar modules e. g. on the roof top, encouraged the government to subsidize the photovoltaic renewable energy production for private persons. The price of a private generated solar power kilowatt hour is currently at 40 cents and is fixed for the next 20 years. A modern solar cell with a solar active area of one square meter provides an average Power of 100 kWh per year. It follows that such a solar cell on the roof can generate an amount of at least 40 euros each year.
A private solar power plant on the roof will require the following components: a solar cell unit, an inverter of the solar direct current into alternating current of the main frequency of 50 Herz, and a supply station to deliver the generated power into the public network.
To earn the 20.000 Euro to the following steps must be made: First, the size and location of the roof must be determined in order to calculate the required number of solar panels that are necessary to produce the needed amount of electrical energy per year. Then the investment cost for the entire facility will be calculated. The investment costs are fully covered by a bank loan debt. The credit is so conditioned that the generated revenue can be used to repay including interest and loan repayments. After about 10 years the break even point is reached. I.e. From that date the loan is repaid, including interest. From this time the entire solar system is the property of the operator. Furthermore, the feed-through revenues generated go directly to the bank account of the plant owner. The subsidies are guaranteed for a period of 20 years so the solar plant owner receives about 2000 Euro each year for the next ten years.
The risk at such a project is relatively low, since the solar cells have a warranty of at least 20 years against all possible damages such as hail or storm. Furthermore the lifetime of the panels can be expected much higher. The greatest risk lies in a faulty inverter, because an error in this device may not be immediately detected. The consequence is that when a defective inverter does not feed into the grid no earnings will be generated. This could result in delaying the scheduled repayment of the loan and shrinking the 10 year earning period. The solutions to this problem are additional analysis equipments. These systems are alerting the operator in case of an unusual performance of the solar power plant.
In summary we can say that after a positive review of the boundary conditions e. g. roof area and roof direction there will be a win win situation for the government, the house owner and the environment. For the owner to receive an entire solar power plant for free and an additional income through the supply of solar electricity. Furthermore one can be an active part in supporting the renewable energy. And at least the German state can continue to change the proportion of green power by reducing the coal and nuclear energy production. The best evidence for the successful concept can be seen on the roofs of the rather conservative and less risky German farmers.

Post subject: Interesting essay to check.
Earning money with renewable energy
Can you get more than 20.000 euros and your own solar power plant for free?
How to get more than 20.000 euros and your own solar power plantfor free?
How you can get more than 20.000 euros and your own solar power plant for free
The good availability of solar radiation in several regions,
the increasing efficiency of this energy transformation process / technology,
and the simple installation of solar modules on many roof tops,
encouraged the German government to subsidize
the electric energy production with solar power by private households.
Consequentially such a solar cellon the roof can generate an amount of at least 40 euros each year.
A private solar power plant on the roof will require the following components:
a solar cell unit, an inverter of the solar direct current into alternating current of 50 hertz, the main frequency,
and access to a power supply station to feed the generated power into the public power grid.
The following steps must be taken to earn the 20.000 euros:
First, the load-carrying capacity and size of the roof must be determined in order to calculate the
maximum number of solar panels that can be installed on the selected roof.
This also limits the amount of electrical energy which can be produced each year.
Then the investment costs for the entire facility will be calculated.
The investment costs may be fully covered by a bank loan.
The credit needs to be dimensioned in such a way
that the generated revenue can be used for the repayment of the loan including interest.
After about 10 years the break even point is reached.
(just a nice assumption - it really depends on the conditions of the loan...)
I guess there a some further improvements possible
but I'm a bit tired now ...
use a dictionary to check the meaning of "to be conditioned"

Agreed, forgot to correct the "then" which should be "than".benstar hat geschrieben:How to get more than 20.000 euros and your own solar power plant for free?
