Hallo,

mein englisch ist grauenvoll. Wir sollen min. 250 Wörter schreiben über "We can`t live without computer anymore"

Ich habe das erst auf deutsch und dann auf englisch übersetzt, aber das ist nicht gerade sehr toll, Mathe liegt mir einfach besser.

Ich hoffe mal das kann einer korrigieren. Wer den Text ändern will, auch kein Problem. Ich muß nur irgendwie auf 250 Wörter kommen und natürlich zu dem Thema was sagen.

On the first Christmas Day in 1996 , my life changed. In the living room there were some big presents waiting for me. I was very happy about all the presents, but there was one particular present which I loved the most : my first personal computer ! With this computer I began to change my free time and I used it every day. First I played a few easy computer games and later I started to surf on the internet. At this time I had a personal computer because it was a new exciting experience for me. The more time you spend using the computer, the easier it gets for you to handle. At least that’s my opinion. The internet became more and more important in my life. At the beginning I created an e-mail address and wrote some e-mails to all my friends. After some time this became already a bit boring , so I started to surf around and search for other things I could to on the internet. It was very exciting for me to see how the internet had changed over the years and how many possibilities we have nowadays with the internet and the computer. Before the internet was invented we spent a lot more time outside than we do now. I used to play soccer or things like that. Now it’s been a while since I have played soccer with my friends for the last time, but I simply became addicted to the internet and spent hours in front of the computer. As I spent so many hours on the internet I soon found out that I also could earn some money with it, because I found ebay. There I also can buy things from all over the world and that’s very nice I think. For example, I bought some jackets of Michael Schuhmacher. And also sold some things even to Portugal.
So the computer and the internet became a part of me and my life , not only to write my friends and play games, but also to earn some money. The internet created a lot of jobs all over the world already and that’s a very good thing. If I hadn’t got a chance to use the internet or the computer , it would be a very hard time for me. Although I can imagine , if I found another good alternative to spend my free time I easily could still live without a computer.

Am ersten Weihnachtsfeiertag 1996 änderte sich mein Leben. Im Wohnzimmer erwarteten mich große eingepackte Geschenke. Als ich alle öffnete erwartete mich mein erster Computer. Damit begann eine neue Freizeitbeschäftigung. Seitdem nutze ich ihn fast täglich. Zum Anfang um auf ihn einfache Spiele zu spielen, später um mit ihm ins Internet zu gehen. Zu der Zeit hatte ich einen Computer, weil es eine aufregende Sache war. Man konnte stundenlang an ihm verbringen und man lernte immer mehr ihn besser zu nutzen. Mit der Zeit kam das Internet immer mehr in den Vordergrund. Zum Anfang erstellte man sich eine Mail adresse und schickte hin und wieder seinen freunden eine Mail. Als mir das zu langweilig wurde, fing ich an, das Internet genauer unter die Lupe zu nehmen und zu gucken, was man damit anstellen kann. Nach einer zeit war es normal, das ich jeden Tag online war. Es war einfach spannend mitzuerleben, wie sich das Internet veränderte. Die zeit die man früher auf dem fussballplatz verbracht hat, verlagerte sich nun auf den PC. Ich jedenfalls wurde wie süchtig davon. Als ich dann noch ebay für mich entdeckte, konnte ich mir ein Leben ohne Internet nicht mehr vorstellen. Zuerst verkaufte ich nur ein paar sachen die ich über hatte. Mit der zeit merkte ich aber, das man mit ebay auch nebenbei gutes geld verdienen kann. Das Internet ermöglichte mir, das ich Artikel aus fremden Ländern kaufen konnte. Ich hatte damals Jacken von Michael Schumacher aus Hong Kong erstanden. Eine davon verkaufte ich bis nach Portugal. Das Internet und der Computer wurde also ein Teil von mir, nicht nur um dort zeit zu verbringen, sondern auch um damit geld nebenbei zu verdienen. Heutzutage ist es für mich normal aus dem Ausland sachen zu kaufen oder zu verkaufen, oder sich z.b. mit freunden zu unterhalten. Der Computer hat einen viele chancen eröffnet einfacher und produktiver zu arbeiten. Wenn ich heute mal einen Tag nicht im Internet bin, ist es zwar nicht so schnlimm, aber ich merke schon das mir was fehlt. Der mensch ist ja ein gewohnsheitstier und so habe ich mich an den Computer gewöhnt. Wenn ich aber nicht die möglichkeit hätte das internet oder den pc zu nutzen, wäre es für mich am anfang bestimmt sehr schwer. Mit der zeit würde ich aber lernen auf ihn zu verzichten, falls ich eine gute alternative finden würde.

* Meinst du den 25.12? Dann wuerde ich nur Christmas Day schreiben, da in England Weihnachten am 24.12 ist.

Als grausam wuerde ich dein Englisch wirklich nicht bezeichnen , ich wuerde es nur ein bisschen detaillierter ausformulieren, sprich keine Verwendung von "and such things" oder aehnlichem.

Ich meine natuerlich, Weihnachten ist in UK am 25.12 - was schreib ich denn ..
