Hallo Holger,
I´m again. Yesterday I read your both eMail at 22:00 p.m. at home. Thank you for your corrections. You´re right with your statement. This is due to my brain problem. If I studied intensive, it result that I only can speak and write sentences hard to understand.

(Kling bischen komisch: soll heißen: Wenn ich intensiv gelernt habe, kommt es vor, dass ich kaum verständliche Sätze schreiben kann. => Is that so correct, or not. The using from result in the context with kommt es vor is the mainly important thing what is about. => worum es geht!

But it would be rather better for the context to use it “happends”.

The light match in her hand bur out slowly. (?)

Are the using from appearance in this context correct? I´m not sure.
appearance

der Anschein,
appearance
die Erscheinung

Beispielsatz:

Ich will sagen:
Ihre liebevolle Mamma erschien ihr im Traum (im Sinne von: kommt und geht wieder, Fantasie)
Here loved mother appearance in her dream

upward also: upwards adv. aufwärts

It´s about an Adverb of Art und Weise here or rather an Adverb of place (Adverb des Ortes)?

mild adj. sanft (liebevoll)

Beispielsatz:
Her grandmother was a mild mother and a good housewife for her sisters.

ich wünsch euch allen ein schönes weihnachtsfest und alles gute im neuen Jahr und vor allem viel gesundheit

Hello Holger,
It's me again. Yesterday I read your two e-mails at 22:00 p.m. at home. Thank you for your corrections. You're right with your statement regarding my brain problem. It's the reason for some of my issues. When I study a lot, I can only speak and write sentences which are hard to understand.

(Das klingt ein bisschen komisch. Es soll heißen:
Wenn ich intensiv gelernt habe, kommt es vor, dass ich kaum verständliche Sätze schreiben kann.

=> Is this correct or not?

es kommt vor => it happens

the most important thing is => das Wichtigste

what it is about. => worum es geht!

Or would it be better to use "it happens” in this context?

---

The light match in her hand bur out slowly. (?)
The matches in her hand burned slowly.

---

Is it correct to use the word appearance in this context? I'm not sure.

appearance
der Anschein, die Erscheinung

Beispielsatz:

Ich will sagen:
Ihre liebevolle Mama erschien ihr im Traum.
[im Sinne von: kommt (und geht wieder), Fantasie]

Her beloved mother appeared in her dream (and left later on).

erscheinen / erschien ist ein Verb
die Erscheinung ist ein Substantiv

---

upward also: upwards adv. aufwärts

It's about an adverb of the way things are done (Art und Weise) here
or rather an adverb of place (Adverb des Ortes)?

Sehr schwer zu sagen ohne den Satz!

---

mild adj. sanft (liebevoll)

Beispielsatz:
Her grandmother was a kind mother for her and her sisters
and a good housewife for her husband.

---

Ich wünsche euch allen ein schönes Weihnachtsfest,
alles Gute im neuen Jahr und vor allem viel Gesundheit.
...is supplied without liability.
