Hallo,
Therefore, I sold my old car two weeks ago.
(Deshalb verkaufte ich mein altes Auto vor zwei Wochen.)
Oder
Therefore, I had to sell my old car two weeks ago.
(Deshalb musste ich mein altes Auto vor zwei Wochen verkaufen.)
Oder
Therefore, I have sold my old car two weeks ago.
(Deshalb habe ich mein altes Auto vor zwei Wochen verkauft.)
Danke für Eure Hilfe! Ich bin echt dankbar, so ein tolles Forum gefunden zu haben.
Am I right?

Sorry don't speak much German so had to put your text through babelfish to get the gist of it
I can't verify the correctness of any German, but with regard to the English sentences, the first two are right (1 und zwei sind richtig) but the third one, while it is the direct translation, would not normally be said in English (kann mann nicht sagen). To achieve the meaning you want, you could either say:
Therefore, I sold my old car two weeks ago. (The same as in 1) or
Therefore I have sold my old car. I did so two weeks ago.
I think we use the perfect tense (not sure what the German translation of that is) quite differently in English, and perhaps more rarely.
