Englisch MSA(Mittlerer Schulabschluss) Vorstellen

Hallo ich habe am Dienstag meine mündliche Prüfung in Englisch.
Zu Beginn muss ich mich selbst vorstellen und ich bin nicht so der Profi in Englisch von daher bitte ich um Hilfe.

bsp.: Good evening! Im x and x years old.
I was born in x and lived there until i was 1, then I move to x.
My hobbies are playing football, to meet friends and sometimes i like to chat i little bit in the internet.
I have 1 sister, who is x years old. She is having a daughter , who is x years old.
I'm living with my mum alone at the x street in x(stadtteil).
I choose this school because i liked the people at the school ,the teachers are very nice!
My favourite school subject is maths.
In the future i will be a mathematician and live in the USA.
Now im nervous and tense but i think it will calm down.

So ich suche verbesserungsvorschläge bessere formulierungen und ergänzungen danke, ich habe nur noch 2tage zeit =)!
