The Globalization effects positive because of increasing cooperation between different countries. There are more jobs offered. How an Indian explain, his company works with a company in US, which send every day before their work start the data packages witch should be processed and be send back, before the next workday in Chicago began. Also when the Indians get much less wages than Americans, they are happy, because for Indians standards it is enough.

Another one example is the worldwide project for development, which are many countries joined. This is the upside because some countries were more advanced and all the resources were combined, without the project would be probably collapse.

There are many downsides of Globalization, too.

For example there are concerned many subsistence farmers and factory workers.

The subsistence farmers because if the world prices fallen, they will be have not enough money for fertiliser for next year or even no money for eat.

The factory workers are badly concerned because there are more and more companies which have moved the production to lower-cost countries. For this reason the workers should be sacked. So the people are never sure to have constantly earning.
