Beitrag von Chivo »

Hi everybody :D
My name is "Chivo" and I´m 32 years old. For my new job I need the English language and since 12.06.2006 I visit a course in English for the next 6 weeks. I´ve learnd English in school, but I
don´t speak or write it in the last 12 years. Now I learn it oncemore from the beginning. It is very
difficult, but the people in my course are very nice and we have a lot of fun.

I will do everything to learn English as quickly as possible and so I´ve the idea with a Forum like
this

Where else can I learn better than here ?!

Now I hope a lot of you write to me. Please don´t look at the grammer in my text. In the next weeks I have a lot to learn.

Greetings
Chivo

I think what you´ve written already doesn´t sound too bad.
Actually it´s really good for someone who (re)started to learn Englisch 10 days ago. :freu:

How are you?

Hallo Chivo!

Nice to meet you. Are you new here in the
forum?

My name is Wandelröschen, I'm twenty years old and
live in Baden-Württemberg. I'm learning English because
it is a world language. Everyone of the world speaks English.

I would like to improve my English skills in this forum. Chivo,
There's no harm if the grammar, the spelling isn't correct.

You have to use the language every day than get it better. Says
my english teacher.

Have a nice weekend.
I hope to see you again in the forum. Goodbye!
Have a nice weekend

Hi !

Hmmm....I don´t know what you mean with "Wieder haben wir Greetings" ?! Have I done a fault ?
Today it was a very nice day. Every Sunday I ride my mountenbike together with my girlfriend and today we have only spoken englisch :freu:

I say "Guten Morgen" and she says "Good morning" and it makes "klick" in my head and I know "ahhh, she will speak english". And the whole tour about 42 km we have spoken in english and we understand each other !

What´s with your weekend ?

Hey, that`s great! Learning by doing, right?
I also want to improve my english in this forum and I have to say it works better and better every day (I`m still not speaking perfekt, OF COURSE NOT!!!, but better than before)
My weekend wasn't very exciting, I've learned much, but I'm contented.
Greetings
anna

Hi Anna :D

Yes, learning by doing. Anne is my best friend and so there is now reason to be ashamed, if something is wrong !

Anne is interested in all things and with her all is possible. Whenever you have an idea, she never says NO :freu: We have talked about a holiday in England - Cornwall. We would like to stay there a few days and to know "Land and people" and speak the language. But I have a look in the internet - B&B is not very cheap...

Anna, how old are you ? Tell me something about your hobbys, your job and so on...

Bye
Bianca

Hey,

You ONLY put "greetings" at the beginning of a letter NEVER at the end. We've said this a couple of times already and it's kind of annoying to say it over and over again...

Regards

Kleine

@kleine oh, soory, I took no notice of it. but thanks for accounting that....
I won't do it again...

@chivo Well I'm still at school, rather 13 years old and there's still a long way for me to my school leaving certificate. But I want to make the best of it.
I like to read, to hear music and to draw pictures. The trip is a good idea, I also planed one, but I still had no time to go there. Perhaps next year.

Bye for now (and no "Greetings" )
anna
