Text in Ordnung?

Erstmal, Ich bin neu hier...
Zweitens, Ich würde gerne wissen, wie ihr diesen Text findet:?

Arguments about: “Moving to another Town“.

For Some People, it’s an experience to move to another town because you get to know other people – perhaps -; friends, neighbours and teachers… . For parents who have a job in another town it’s clever to move because they haven’t got a long way to work.
On the other hand it’s hard to find a new house; in the past it was easier; because houses in cities are very expensive.
Another point to think about is, losing friend, etc.. . You could be very sad….

I wouldn’t have thought that it is so hard to for moving away. In my opinion it isn’t good to move away from home!

Ich bin für Verbesserungen immer offen, sowie für Rechtschreibfehler und Grammatik.

Zudem, Ich bin in der 9. Klasse (Gymnasium)[das soll nicht "prolisch" sein, sondern, möchte ich wissen, ob das Niveau des Textes einer gymnasial Klasse entspricht und dann möchte ich den Text morgen wahrscheinlich abgeben... !
