wollte fragen ob der erklärungssatz zu chacks and balances, gramatikalisch und rechtschreiblich korrekt ist.

Under ‚checks and balances’ you understand a mutual control of the branches from a state. Checks means that every part have ability to control the other parts. Balances refers to ability to use each power to limit power of the other parts.
The US political System is based of this, that should deactivate a dictatorship.
