Hi, bin in der Klasse, 10 Gymi, und Englisch ist leider nicht grade mein bestes Fach...
Naja, und habe hier nen Text aus unserem Buch (Green Line)
Falls es auch jemand von euch hat hier mal die Seiten angabe und die Afugabe: S29 Nr2
Da geht es um die Zeiten Simple Past, Past Perfect oder Past Perfect Progressive.

Hier ist der Text, wäre cool wenn ihr mir helfen könntet, muss unbedingt wissen ob das richtig ist was in meinem Heft steht, gebe euch ma den Text und ihr könnt mir ja dann vielleicht ma eure Ergebnisse sagen. Danke schonmal!!!!!

Black people in her hometown (be) furious at the court's decision. Led by Martin Luther King, a succesful boycott of all the buses in Montgomery. And in 1963, after other peaceful demonstarations (follow), King (lead) 500,000 people in a March on Washington, which (cause) Congress to pass a Civil Rights Bill that (make) all citizens equal.

Noch eine Anmerkung: Ich sehe das Problem, dass du offenbar Probleme mit den Zeiten hast. Selbst wenn wir dir das jetzt hier (auch ohne eine Vorleistung von dir) machen sollten, wirst du einen anderen Text möglicherweise trotzdem nicht hinbekommen, wenn du die Zeiten nicht beherrscht, daher hier ein Link

Ja, aber das gute ist genau der Text kommt in der Arbeit dran, schreibe die Arbeit nach, und meine Klase sagte mir das dieser Text darin vorkommt, deswegen würde ich gerne wissen ob meine ergebnisse richtig sind, und wenn sie falsch sind wie es richtig ist.

Ähmm, warum ist denn bei had fought/ had been fighting und had demanded/had been demanding beides möglich?
Kurze erklärung noch dazu?

kommt es drauf an, was du sagen möchtest das Past Perfect wird oft in Kombination mit dem Simple Past (hier: did) benutzt. Wenn du nun aber die Dauer (for so long) betonen möchtest, nimmst du die Verlaufsform.

und hier:

White and black soldiers (had fought/had been fighting) side by side during the World War2 and (learned) to respect each other.

ist es genau dasselbe
wieder simple past (learned) und die dauer (during WW2)
