Conditional with passiv

Hi folks,
i am training a little bit complicated if-clauses with passiv construction.
i'd appreciate it much if you helped me with following three sentences:

If John F Kennedy is to be elected as President, he must be given a weak competitor.
If John F Kennedy was to be elected as President, he would have to be given a weak competitor.
If John F Kennedy had been to be elected as President, he would have had to be given a weak
