Ich bin gerade auf das Forum gestoßen, da ich jemand gesucht habe, der mal über meinen Englisch Comment drüberlesen könnte. Ich schreibe bald eine Schulaufgabe darüber und bin nicht besonders gut in Englisch, deswegen hoff ich das ihr mir helfen könnt!
Das Thema ist wearing school
A lot of people wear uniforms. So it is easier to identify a group of workers. For example the police, firemans, some companies and sometimes pupils, too. In this context it is often discussed if it is usefull or useless. Let's have a look at the advantages and disadvantages.
On the one hand school uniforms could reduce bullying, because a lot of children are harassed for the clothes if they don't wear brand-name clothes. For example every child in the class has the latest style, but one family don't have the money for it and maybe this child would be expelled of the community.
But one the other hand school uniforms are very expensive, because the children mustn't only buy normal clothes but rather need to buy the school uniform, too. And it could be difficult for poor families to finance it.
Furthermore the children aren't allowed to develob theirselves. A lot of children, especally youth, express theirselves in the clothes and if they wear uniforms, this will be not possible and they can develop their style and character complete.
Weighing the pros and cons, I come to the conclusion it is not usefull to get school uniforms. There is no doubt about the fact that school uniform could reduce harassing, but only could and for the cons predominate.
