Stylistic devices

I can't find any stylistic devices in this poem or I don't know the expressions.PLz help me! :

Southern trees bear a strange fruit
Blood on the leaves and blood at the roots
Black bodies swingin' in the southern breeze
Strange fruit hangin' from the poplar trees

Pastoral scene of the gallant south
The bulging eyes and twisted mouth
Scent of magnolias sweet and fresh
And the sudden smell of burning flesh

Here is the fruit
For the crows to pluck
For the rain to gather
For the wind to suck
For the sun to rot
For the tree to drop
Here is a strange and bitter crop

mit welchen devices hast du bisher gearbeitet?

Welche Ausdrücke fehlen dir noch?

Wie ich auf den ersten Blick erkennen kann, handelt es sich vorwiegend um Metaphern --- ÜBERTRAGUNGEN

z.B.

strange fruit ---das Ergebnis der vegangenen Zeiten (Kriege, Aufstände)

blood --- die Menschen, die dafür gestorben sind, es ( die Geschichte)haftet immer noch (heute) an dem Land

black bodies swinging on--- es hat sich vieles verändert, zum Bessern für die einst Diskrimminierten

..and the sudden smell of burning flesh ....trotz all dem Guten, der besseren Zeit , weht immer noch die Vergangenheit wieder durch, bleibt bestehen (im Unterbewusstsein)

Die Liste im Forum hier nennt alle devices, allerdings nur auf Englisch.

DAs GEdicht is von Louis Allen.Er schrieb es,nachdem er gesehen hatte wie ein Schwarzer erhängt wurde.Es bezieht sich darauf,dass Schwarze von den Weißen einfach gelüncht wurden.Sozusagen ein protest song.
Bss jetzt hab ich Anapher und Metaphor weiß aber net so recht wie ich das ausführen soll.

DAnke,ich habe nun mal versucht Die MEtaphern und Anaphern auszuformulieren, aber es klappt net so ganz?Bitte sag mir was ich verbessern oder hinzufügen könnte!

The most conspicuois stylistic device is the Anaphora.The repetition of the word "For the" at the beginning of succesive lines.Anaphora is a form of parallelism.

Another device is Metapher,because Louis Allen uses a lot of camparisons between two things which are basically quite different without using the words like or as:"bulging eyes and twisted mouths","burning flesh".The Metapher is used as illustriation of the peoples'
cruelty.The image of a dead man with with bulging eyes and twisted mouth makes the reader emotional.

PS : Was heißt übersetzt : - Pastoral scene of the gallant south
- burning flesh(zerfetztesFleisch?
brennendes Fleisch?)

hier mein Vorschlag :


....conspicuous (Rechtschreibung beachten ) is the anaphora (wird nicht groß geschrieben). This form is shown with the words ...... at the beginning of the (first, second....) line in Louis Allen's poem. Anaphora is als a form of parallelism.

Another....is the metapher because the author uses many comparisions for instance/ oder: for example.......bulging eyes... . This stylistic device i used to illustrate the peoples' cruelty (näher beschreiben, sonst unklar)

Der letzte Satz steht irgendwie ohne weiteren Zusammenhang, müsste noch mit den Besipielen verknüpft werden.

burning flesh: brennendes Menschenfleisch ---flesh / meat---Fleisch von Tieren

pastoral scene of the gallant south: Ländliche Szene im ritterlichen Süden

ICh denke das ist sprachlich falsch und wollte wissen was zum beispiel:

DAS bild von einem .......... weckt die Emotionen des Lesers

heißt.

Vorschlag:

The view/image of a man with....arouses the reader's interest.

Dein Satz oben stimmt jedoch auch. :idea:
