Hi there,
as I need to deal with diverse topics about "Englishness" at the moment (for school), there are some questions which I'm interested in. Id would be really nice if you could answer the polls and tell us your opinion about it in more detail if you like.
Thank you!

I think class used to very important in the past, however nowadays class differentiation in the UK is comparable to class differentiation in Germany. People who attend uni tend to socialise with people from uni, while manual workers tend to socialise with manual workers. But that is solely based on the circumstances of daily life. A manual worker normally doesn't meet a lot of uni students and vice versa. I being a post-graduate don't base my circle of friends on class or education at all. I like people or I don't like people and I don't really care for their educational or financial or class backgrounds.
