Hi AbcMyCraft,

Let me tell you from my own experience that people who studied the language and live in the country are very close to native level, in fact I have met foreigners whose English was better than some native speaker's, so limiting yourself to native speakers only (who more often than not can't explain grammar) might not be the best idea.
