Hello from Novosibirsk

Hello! My name is Yanis, I live in Novosibirsk, Russia. My native language is Russian and I learn English and German. My main hobby is, as you could guess, learning foreign languages. Most interesting in this field for me are parallel texts (aligned texts in two languages).
I am a software developer and have written a reader of parallel texts for Windows and Android. The program, Aglona Reader, is free and open source. I also align parallel texts with the help of my program. I have already aligned several German-Russian and English-Russian books and am now aligning my first German-English book ("The sign of the four" by Arthur Conan Doyle). After I finish it, I will be happy to tell about it on your forum. I hope my program and these parallel books will help people to improve their language skills.
