Who wants to learn German and teach me English?

Hello, I really want to improve my English. I come from the north of Germany close to the baltic sea and the big Iland Rügen.
I would be so glad if there would be somebody how wants to learn German and would talk and/or write to me in English.
I try to read books in English and listen BBC broadcast but I cannot speak well.

Finally we have got springtime but it's snowing again!
