Hi. I have bought a audio course and have heard a frase: "it's getting cold in here."
My question is, whether this frase is common or not, because I am use to speak "it gets cold here". May be both are correct..
Thanks in advance.

Hi Dima (or Dimia?) and welcome to the forum!
Both are grammatically correct, but the one you heard in the audio course is more common.
With "get" meaning "werden" in German, the Continuous Form (it's getting) makes more sense when you want to describe the gradual cooling down of the surrounding, doesn't it? In most cases this is not a matter of seconds but a longer period.
