Waere euch sehr dankbar fuer eure hilfe. Gruss!
wie am besten alles wiederhohlen? Geeignete software?

A program won't help you at all.
Grammar is important when writing a text but it does not help you communicate. On the contrary, thinking about grammar all the time makes your communication even less effective. The key to communication is practising in real-life situations. Go out and find people to talk to and most importantly: DON'T USE GERMAN! Don't ever use it while you're trying to learn to communicate in English. Buy a whip and hit yourself every time you use German, if necessary (just kidding, selfinflicted pain doesn't help either). And most importantly: Don't try to practise with your computer, talk to people instead. If you do not talk to people because you feel that your English is not good enough, well then you have already decided that it will never become good enough.
As for writing. You can just write something about any topic you like and have it corrected, for example on the forum. We can point out the mistakes you made and explain how to avoid them in the future.

You're never too old to learn something stupid.
