Englischkorrektur

Beitrag von Sofia.Krone »

Hi, ich bin Sofia und neu ein neues Mitglied. Ich habe einen Text, den ich geschrieben habe. Leider glaube ich, dass der mir nicht ganz gut gelungen ist und bitte euch deswegen um eine kurze Korrektur.

Text:

The people in the 50s had less free time and lots of work. At the weekend they sometimes had time for themselves. Students had time for themselves for 9 hours per day but they also had to do their homework and study. For comparison: Framers only had 3 hours per day. An average person had 5,7 hours free time per day. On saturday very much peoples had to work to, so sunday were the only day, they had time. The young people had a very big need for action, so they went outside in their free time and played games with friends. Popular games, the children played, were soccer, hiding, catching and playing Indians. The older the children came, the more the activities cost. The young people went to cinemas, went swimming, went shopping and heard to jukeboxes. But not all of the activities were chargeable. They also hang around with friends and did sports. Sometimes they were able to do trips with their family and friends. But the older the people come, the fewer they had a need for activities. The sundays were days where they just do nothing and just hang around. The older children slept very long, had no breakfast and ate instead of breakfast lunch, went to the cinema, eat dinner and went sleeping. In the week they did domestic activities like do garden work, provide for their pets and went shopping. Because of the homework there were no time after this for free time. The adults had no time with friends too, because after the work they weren't able to do something else then hanging around. Because of the job they had a great psychological strain. Since the middle of the fifties the families gradually got TVs and the young peoples sat in front of the TVs and watched TV. But when the parents switched the TV's off, they went outside and went swimming, played Indians and they went sledging in winter and sledge on ice too. The most popular meeting points were the milkbar. In the milkbar they met friends and drunk milk together, because they weren’t allowed to drink alcohol. The so called milky mushroom was a kiosk for the young people and it was a big meetingpoint too.

Danke im Voraus
