Einmal kurz durchlesen...;-)

Beitrag von hangloose »

Hallo zusammen

Danke euch.

Gruss

Philipp

Frequency converter
The frequency converter is a kind of power converter, who converts alternating current of one frequency to alternating current of another frequency.
We use this to supply and control electric motors.
There are different converters on the market, single-phase AC or three-phase AC current feed.
If we would connect a three-phase motor directly to a three-phase network, would this run only with a constant speed. A speed control would not be possible.
With a frequency converter is it possible to operate asynchronous motors and synchronous motors and you can regulate the speed infinitely variable.
A bridge circuit rectifies the AC input voltage to a DC voltage. Thereafter, the voltage in the intermediate circuit is smoothed by the intermediate circuit capacitor.
The intermediate circuit voltage of about 540V has to be subsequently converted into a three-phase system with the inverter circuit.
For small to medium performance range are bipolar transistors and for high performance are Gate Turn off Thyristors available.
To brake, frequency inverters include a brake chopper , which directs the excess energy from the DC bus to a braking resistor and converts into heat.
Otherwise, the intermediate circuit voltage would rise and destroy the capacitors.
At the intermediate circuit, several inverters can be connected

Hi Philipp,

Ich befuerchte ich habe keinen Schimmer worum es in deinem Text geht, daher kann ich mir mit meiner Verbesserung leider auch nicht 100% sicher sein. Sorry!
